Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 or older
- Partial tooth loss in the upper or lower back jaw for at least 3 months
- Adequate bone volume on dental scan for computer-guided standard implant placement without bone regeneration
- Signed informed consent to participate
- No exclusion criteria present
You will not qualify if you...
- Refusal to cooperate
- Medical conditions requiring long-term steroid use
- Severe hemophilia
- Treatment with intravenous bisphosphonates
- History of white blood cell dysfunction or deficiency
- Previous head and neck radiotherapy or chemotherapy
- Kidney failure
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Uncontrolled endocrine disorders
- Physical disabilities that prevent proper oral hygiene
- Use of experimental devices or drugs within 30 days before implant surgery
- Alcohol or drug abuse
- Smoking more than 10 cigarettes or equivalent tobacco products daily
- Conditions preventing study completion or affecting results
- Local untreated inflammation, including periodontitis
- Erosive lichen planus
- History of local radiation therapy
- Bone lesions present
- Unhealed tooth extraction sites
- Previous bone reconstruction or grafting at implant sites
- Bruxism
- Bleeding index over 30% or more than 10 pockets deeper than 5 mm
