Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Female aged 18 to 40 years with BMI 25 25 kg/m2
- Willing to attend follow-up visits during the intervention
- Willing to provide blood, urine, and fecal samples during the study
- Willing to take compound probiotics daily during the intervention
- Have good hearing and can understand all instructions during the study
You will not qualify if you...
- Digestive system diseases such as celiac disease, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease
- Severe neurological disorders including epilepsy, stroke, recent meningitis, brain surgery, brain tumor, or long-term coma
- Current or past treatment for alcohol/drug dependence, schizophrenia, psychosis, or bipolar disorder
- Taking medication for depression or low mood
- Internal organ failure like heart, liver, or kidney failure
- Previous radiotherapy or chemotherapy
- General anesthesia surgery within the past three years or planned surgery in the next three months
- History of hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, or syphilis
