You may qualify if you...
- Male or female aged 18 years or older with adhesive intestinal obstruction
- Patient who meets participation criteria and may have been operated on before study if data is adequate
- Patients in whom conservative management has failed
You will not qualify if you...
- Intestinal obstruction caused by conditions other than adhesions
- Patients in shock
- Cardiovascular diseases
- Blood clotting disorders (coagulopathy)
- Liver cirrhosis
- Intracranial diseases
