Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients with a definite preoperative diagnosis of common bile duct stones
- Common bile duct diameter of 1 cm or greater
- Patients must be fit for surgery
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients with liver cirrhosis
- Common bile duct diameter less than 1 cm
- Presence of malignancy in the biliary tract or common bile duct stricture
- Patients unfit for surgery
