Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 20 and 50 years, any gender
- ASA physical status class I to III
- Body mass index (BMI) between 35 and 50 kg/m²
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe cardiac disorder
- Chronic renal failure
- Liver cirrhosis
- Allergy to bupivacaine
- History of chronic opioid use
- Hemoglobin A1C (HBA1C) greater than 7%
