Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- At least 19 years of age
- Able to understand risks, benefits, and treatment options and provide informed consent voluntarily
- Have at least one de novo coronary artery lesion with more than 50% narrowing or fractional flow reserve ≤0.80 requiring treatment in a vessel 3.0 mm or larger
You will not qualify if you...
- Unable to provide informed consent
- Known intolerance to aspirin, P2Y12 inhibitors, or drug-eluting stent components
- Angiographic findings of left main coronary artery disease, in-stent restenosis, target lesion in bypass graft, or true bifurcation lesion needing two stents
- Non-cardiac conditions with life expectancy less than 1 year
- Conditions likely to cause protocol non-compliance as judged by the investigator
- Cardiogenic shock or cardiac arrest
- Severe left ventricular dysfunction with ejection fraction below 30%
- Severe valvular heart disease requiring open heart surgery
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
