Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Verbal informed consent obtained and ability to comply with study requirements
- Age 18 to 30 years for younger adults
- Age 65 years or older for older adults
- Access to a tablet, laptop, or desktop computer with video and internet connection
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Having a 5 x 6 foot space at home to exercise

- Current diagnosis of dementia
