You may qualify if you...
- Body weight between 3000 g and 180 kg
- Scheduled for a suitable surgical procedure
- Signed informed consent by the guardians and the participant if older than 12 years
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe chronic and inflammatory diseases
- Acute or chronic infections
- Oncological diseases
- Clotting disorders
- Complications during surgical procedure
- Drug treatment
- Nil by mouth
