Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Diagnosed with hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke
  • At least 3 months have passed since stroke onset
  • Have aphasia caused by stroke
  • Aphasia Quotient (AQ) score between 26 and 90 on Korean language tests
  • Adults aged 19 years or older
  • Native Korean speakers
  • Able to use the LEXURE device or workbook training without difficulty
  • Willing to participate voluntarily and provide written informed consent
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Language impairment caused by conditions other than stroke (e.g., brain injury, tumor, neurodegenerative disease)
  • History of language impairment from developmental disorders
  • Currently receiving speech-language therapy or involved in another language function clinical trial
  • Taking medication for severe psychiatric disorders such as bipolar disorder, major depression, schizophrenia, alcohol dependence, or substance abuse
  • Illiterate individuals
  • Deemed unsuitable for the study by the investigator
  • Severe cognitive impairment affecting understanding or ability to perform study tasks
