Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age over 18 years
- Histologically confirmed localized or locally advanced prostate cancer without neuroendocrine components
- No evidence of metastatic tumor spread
- Tumor is locally resectable based on digital rectal exam and/or pelvic CT or MRI
- Suitable for radical prostatectomy considering comorbidities and life expectancy
- Signed informed consent to participate in the study
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of another active malignant invasive cancer
- Contraindication to pelvic lymph node dissection such as prior pelvic radiation therapy
- Evidence of metastases in regional lymph nodes from preoperative exams including PET/CT with PSMA
- Severe other diseases limiting ability to participate in the study
