Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age between 18-75 years old
- ASA classification III or less
- Colon adenocarcinoma confirmed by endoscopy and biopsy
- Enhanced abdominal CT showing tumor in hepatic flexure or proximal transverse colon
- Preoperative clinical stage: TanyNanyM0
- Able to understand study and provide written informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Multiple primary colorectal cancers or other diseases needing bowel segment removal
- Tumor involving surrounding organs requiring combined organ removal
- Presence of distant metastasis
- Inability to perform complete tumor removal (R0 resection)
- Fused and fixed lymph nodes at ileocolic vessel root
- Additional radical surgery after endoscopic mucosal or submucosal dissection
- History of other malignant tumors in last 5 years except certain cured cancers
- Bowel obstruction, perforation, or bleeding needing emergency surgery
- Unsuitable or unable to tolerate laparoscopic surgery
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- History of psychiatric disorders
- Received neoadjuvant therapy before surgery
- Deemed unsuitable by multidisciplinary discussion
- Unable to understand or refusing to sign informed consent
