Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 18 years or older
- COHORT 1: Diagnosis of stage 4 metastatic breast cancer within the past 5 years and never referred to LWABC
- COHORT 2: Diagnosis of stage 4 metastatic breast cancer within the past 5 years and have canceled an LWABC appointment
- COHORT 3: Seen in Medical Oncology Clinic at Stephanie Spielman Comprehensive Breast Center within past 5 years and completed an LWABC appointment
- COHORT 4: Caregivers for advanced breast cancer patients

- Patients who cannot provide their own informed consent
