Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Male or female aged 18 years or older
- Diagnosed with 4 to 10 brain metastases confirmed by a high-resolution contrast-enhanced MRI scan within 4 weeks before inclusion
- Largest single tumor lesion diameter of 3 cm or less
- Total tumor volume (including cavities) not exceeding 30 cm3
- Karnofsky performance status of 70 or higher
- DS-GPA score of 1.5 or higher, or expected survival longer than 3 months
- Diagnosis of any solid primary tumor (excluding lymphoma, germ cell tumor, small cell lung carcinoma, and multiple myeloma)
- Ability to give written informed consent and complete study questionnaires
You will not qualify if you...
- Brain metastases not suitable for stereotactic radiotherapy
- Previous stereotactic radiotherapy or surgery on the same brain lesion
- Medical conditions preventing safe use of MRI or stereotactic radiotherapy
- Psychological, social, or geographic issues that may prevent compliance with the study
- Pregnancy
- Concurrent systemic cancer therapy
- More than 10 brain metastases at planning MRI
- Total tumor volume (including cavities) exceeding 30 cm3 at planning MRI
- Brainstem metastasis with planning target volume over 20 cm3
- Presence of leptomeningeal disease
