This research aims to evaluate how a structured physical exercise program affects breast cancer survivors and their ability to stick with the exercise routine. The study will include 30 women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and completed their treatment within the last six months. Conducted at a specialized oncology center in Maceió, Brazil, the study focuses on promoting health through exercise in this specific group. Participants will take part in a 12-week exercise program involving a combination of aerobic activities like dance and walking, along with resistance training. The exercise sessions are scheduled four times a week, each lasting 45 minutes, and use frequency, intensity, time, and type (FITT) guidelines to tailor the workouts. These activities will be supervised at the oncology center and designed to fit the participants' capabilities. Throughout the study, participants will be assessed before and after the exercise program on various health measures. Researchers will closely monitor how well participants adhere to the exercise sessions during the 12 weeks. The study includes regular evaluations to understand the physical and health outcomes of the exercise intervention in breast cancer survivors.
