Colorectal cancer is a common and serious disease, being the second leading cause of cancer death worldwide. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Elovie, a biosimilar bevacizumab medicine, in treating patients with unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer in Brazil. The study gathers real-world data to better understand how Elovie performs in everyday clinical settings within the Brazilian population. This observational study involves adult participants aged 18 years and older who have metastatic colorectal cancer at stage IV that cannot be surgically removed. Participants will have received Elovie as part of their first-line treatment or switched to Elovie after starting another bevacizumab treatment. All patients will continue their usual care as determined by their doctors, and the study will collect data on their treatment and health outcomes without changing their standard therapy. Throughout the study, data on treatment effectiveness, progression-free survival, overall survival, survival rates, response rates, functional capacity, and safety will be collected over 24 months. Researchers will extract clinical and demographic information from medical records into a specially designed data form. Participants will be monitored during their regular clinical visits, and no additional treatment procedures beyond standard care are required. The study is planned to run until November 2027.
