Researchers are evaluating the effects of the GOLO for Life4 Plan (G4LP) combined with Release supplementation on blood sugar control and weight in adults who are overweight or obese and have Prediabetes or Type 2 Diabetes. The study focuses on changes in blood sugar levels over time and checks the safety and tolerability of this plan and supplement by monitoring any adverse events. Participants will take one capsule of Release three times daily for 180 days alongside following the G4LP. The study measures changes in blood sugar control and weight at baseline, 90 days, and 180 days. The plan and supplement are provided openly without blinding. During the study, participants will attend clinic visits where researchers will assess blood sugar markers such as serum glucose, HbA1c, insulin levels, and insulin resistance (HOMA-IR). Weight changes will also be tracked. Participants will complete questionnaires, records, and diaries to monitor adherence and lifestyle habits. Safety is monitored by recording any adverse events throughout the study period.
