Researchers are evaluating the accuracy, safety, and performance of a new software called pheno4uTKA Level 1, used with the OrthoPilot Elite® system for navigated total knee arthroplasty (TKA). This study focuses on patients who need knee replacement surgery due to conditions like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, posttraumatic arthropathy, or other joint diseases. The goal is to compare the surgical accuracy of this new software with the previous version and to understand how it affects patient outcomes and satisfaction. The intervention involves navigated total knee arthroplasty using the OrthoPilot® Software Pheno4u TKA Level 1, which assists surgeons by providing computer-aided navigation during the preparation of the implant site for a compatible knee prosthesis. This software works together with specific hardware and navigated instruments to support the surgical procedure. The study is prospective, single-arm, and conducted at multiple centers. Participants will be followed over time, with data collected on surgical accuracy three months after surgery. Researchers will also gather patient-related outcome measures to assess functional results and satisfaction. The study includes long-term follow-up examinations to monitor safety and performance. Overall, participants will be involved in evaluations before and after surgery, including functional assessments and satisfaction surveys.
