Researchers are evaluating the clinical and radiographic effects of zinc oxide-ozonated olive oil (ZnO-OO) compared to Modified Triple Antibiotic Paste (MTAP) using the Lesion Sterilization and Tissue Repair (LSTR) technique in primary molars. The study focuses on treating non-vital primary molars affected by pulp necrosis or chronic pulp infection in children aged 4 to 7 years. The goal is to find effective, minimally invasive treatments to preserve primary teeth, which are important for proper dental development and function. Participants will receive either zinc oxide-ozonated olive oil or modified triple antibiotic paste applied as part of the LSTR technique. This approach involves disinfecting the root canal system and promoting tissue repair without traditional mechanical instrumentation. The study compares these two treatments to see which better manages infection and supports healing in primary molars. Children will be closely monitored through clinical and radiographic assessments at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months after treatment. Researchers will evaluate symptoms, tooth mobility, infection signs, and healing progress. The study includes safety monitoring and regular follow-ups to track the effectiveness of each treatment over a one-year period.
