Fibromyalgia syndrome is a common musculoskeletal condition affecting 2-4% of people, especially women aged 40-60 years. This research investigates the effects of non-invasive neuromodulation combined with aerobic exercises on pain biomarkers and functional outcomes in patients with fibromyalgia aged 25 to 35 years. The study aims to better understand how these treatments influence pain and physical function. Participants are divided into two groups: the control group receives aerobic exercises and sham neuromodulation, while the study group receives the same exercises plus active non-invasive neuromodulation. Exercises involve treadmill walking for 20 minutes including warm-up and cool-down. Neuromodulation uses transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) applied three times per week for four weeks, with each session lasting one hour. During the four-week treatment, researchers will assess pain levels using the Numeric Pain Rating Scale, analyze biochemical markers, measure functional impact with the Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire, and evaluate pressure pain thresholds. Participants must be medically stable, cognitively able to follow instructions, and will be monitored for safety and treatment responses throughout the study period.
