Actively Recruiting

Allergic rhinitis is a condition that affects both adults and children, often reducing quality of life. Many patients find their treatments unsatisfactory and seek better drug combinations to manage symptoms. While there are tools to assess allergic rhinitis control, none have been validated for children and teenagers except for a self-administered control test validated in patients aged 12 and older. This research aims to adapt that adult test for children aged 5 to 11 years old. Participants will use a self-administered questionnaire designed to evaluate the control of allergic rhinitis symptoms. This test is specifically adapted for the pediatric age group between 5 and 11 years. The study focuses on validating this questionnaire as a reliable tool for assessing symptom control in younger children. During the study, participants will complete the allergic rhinitis control self-questionnaire over a 15-day period. Researchers will measure the questionnaire scores to determine how well it assesses symptom control in children. Parents must provide consent for their child's participation. The study does not involve additional treatments or interventions beyond completing the questionnaire.
