Researchers are evaluating the test-retest reliability of the WB6Dim digital self-assessment tool, which measures eight dimensions of psychological well-being. This study aims to improve upon previous research by using a shorter 3-day interval between assessments to reduce the chance of real changes in well-being affecting the results. It also includes a control question to identify any significant life events during the interval that might influence the data. Participants complete the 28-item WB6Dim questionnaire twice: once at the start (T1) and again three days later (T2). Those who report a major life event between these assessments are excluded from the main analysis. There is also an optional third assessment at 9 weeks (T3) to gather preliminary information on how the tool detects changes following access to a well-being program, though this is not part of the main study design. During the study, participants provide responses via an internet-connected device, and matching is done using email addresses. The main outcomes measured are the consistency of responses across the eight well-being dimensions between T1 and T2. The study focuses on collecting data efficiently with minimal burden, expecting the questionnaire to take about 3 minutes to complete. The total participation involves completing questionnaires at specified intervals with anonymous data collected for research.
