Researchers are evaluating the safety and performance of the "Infinite-Threadae" Permanent Tensor Thread used for face tissue elevation. This study focuses on long-term outcomes by assessing safety results up to five years after the thread implantation. It aims to provide real-life data on this medical device's effects on patients undergoing face tissue elevation procedures. The intervention involves placing tension threads through a specific procedure that includes standard antibiotic prophylaxis, disinfection, marking thread paths, local anesthesia, and inserting needles to implant the threads under the skin. The tension of the implanted threads is adjusted, and excess thread ends are trimmed. The device used for implantation is manufactured by Thread & Lift. Participants will be monitored for five years following the procedure to assess device safety. The study involves regular follow-up to evaluate medical device performance and safety outcomes. Researchers will measure safety at the five-year mark after intervention, collecting data to understand the device's long-term effects.
