Researchers are evaluating the performance and safety of the KeriFlex4 silicone joint implant and its related instruments for treating damaged finger joints caused by rheumatoid arthritis, degenerative arthritis, or traumatic arthritis. The study aims to assess both short-term and long-term outcomes associated with the implant's life cycle. This investigation focuses on adults undergoing joint replacement surgery for the metacarpophalangeal (MCP) or proximal interphalangeal (PIP) joints. The KeriFlex4 finger joint prosthesis is designed to replace damaged MCP or PIP joints. Participants will receive the implant according to the manufacturer's instructions and labeling. The study monitors the device's effectiveness and safety as used in typical clinical practice, following patients who have undergone arthroplasty with the KeriFlex4 implant. Throughout the study, researchers will evaluate the functional improvement of the hand over a 6-month period after implantation. Assessments include monitoring implant performance, safety, and any complications related to treatment. The study collects information on the implant's ability to restore joint function and supports long-term follow-up to understand its durability and overall impact on hand function.
