Researchers are evaluating the impact of the QoLibri Software as a Medical Device on the functional and psychological effects of chronic pain in patients receiving primary care. This study is a prospective, cluster-randomized, wait list controlled multicenter trial designed to assess whether the QoLibri Digital Therapy can improve the quality of life for people living with chronic pain. Participants will use the QoLibri Digital Therapy, a personalized program that combines digital physical and psychological approaches to help manage symptoms and enhance quality of life. The therapy is delivered through a device, and the study compares outcomes between those receiving the therapy and those on a wait list control group. During the study, participants will be monitored for the effectiveness of the therapy at 3 months, focusing on quality of life improvements. Researchers will assess functional and psychological outcomes related to chronic pain, with ongoing evaluations to track progress and safety throughout the trial period.
