Researchers are evaluating a trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy called SEE FAR CBT for adults aged 18 years and older who have posttraumatic stress disorder PTSD. This single-arm clinical intervention study aims to examine changes in PTSD symptoms and related psychological outcomes over the course of treatment and follow-up. Participants will receive 12 therapeutic sessions of SEE FAR CBT delivered approximately once weekly. This structured psychological intervention is designed to address PTSD symptoms. The study includes assessments at three time points before treatment, after the 12-session intervention about 12 to 16 weeks after baseline, and at a 3-month follow-up. During the study, participants will complete self-report psychological questionnaires measuring PTSD symptoms, anxiety, depressive symptoms, perceived stress, resilience, somatic symptoms, and trauma-related coping. Researchers will monitor changes in these outcomes from baseline through follow-up. Participation includes attending weekly therapy sessions and completing assessments over several months to evaluate treatment effects.
