Actively Recruiting
Researchers are evaluating the clinical and radiographic outcomes, as well as patient-reported results, of total knee replacement surgery using the Physica TT Tibial Plate combined with either the Physica Porous KR or Physica Porous PS femoral components. The study aims to assess the performance of these devices up to two years after surgery, including short-term implant survival and early complication rates in patients with knee arthropathy. Participants will receive total knee arthroplasty with the Physica TT Tibial Plate paired with one of the femoral components, Physica Porous KR or Physica Porous PS. The study collects data on these patients following the surgery to monitor device performance. Both device combinations are used in a cementless configuration during the procedure. During the study, participants will be followed for two years after surgery. Researchers will evaluate outcomes such as the Knee Society Score (KSS) to measure knee function and success of the implant. Follow-up visits will include clinical assessments and radiographic exams to monitor implant status, complications, and patient recovery over time.
