Researchers are investigating new treatments for advanced solid tumors, which are cancers that have spread and become resistant to standard therapies. This study focuses on a drug called GSK5733584 combined with other cancer medicines to evaluate its safety, tolerability, how the body processes it, and its effectiveness. Participants include adults with advanced solid tumors who have not responded to or cannot tolerate standard treatments or have no effective treatment options available. The study involves administering GSK5733584 intravenously along with other anticancer drugs such as Dostarlimab, Bevacizumab, and other therapies. It is a Phase I/II trial with multiple treatment arms targeting specific cancer types like endometrial and ovarian cancer. Treatment includes different combinations of the investigational drug with other anticancer agents, and participants receive these intravenously according to the study schedule. Participants will undergo various assessments including monitoring for dose-limiting toxicities over about 7 months and adverse events for up to 22 months. The study will also measure the confirmed objective response rate over approximately 37 months. Researchers will collect tumor tissue samples for biomarker analysis and assess target lesions using RECIST criteria. Safety, tolerability, and clinical activity will be closely monitored throughout the study period.
