This prospective, open-label, multicenter, single-arm, non-interventional, observational surveillance is designed to assess the safety and effectiveness of Atectura inhalation capsule for up to 24 weeks under routine clinical practice. Three different doses of Atectura inhalation capsule will be prescribed via Breezhaler according to the approved label information in Korea. No additional diagnostic or monitoring procedures will be conducted specifically for this study.

Researchers are evaluating the radiation exposure to operators during percutaneous coronary intervention PCI by comparing two different access points the left distal radial artery LDRA and the right conventional radial artery RTRA. This study aims to understand which approach may result in less radiation exposure to the medical personnel performing the procedure. The trial is a multicenter, randomized study sponsored by Yonsei University and focuses on radiation safety during coronary interventions. Participants will undergo PCI using either the left distal radial artery approach or the right radial artery approach. The study compares radiation exposure to the operator measured by dosimeters placed on the left wrist, left head, and left chest during the procedure. The procedures and associated use of fluoroscopy, procedure time, and contrast medium volume are monitored and recorded. This study does not involve any masking or placebo controls and allocates participants randomly to one of the two study groups. During the study, participants will receive PCI as planned with one of the two arterial access methods. Researchers will measure cumulative radiation exposure to the operator and secondary outcomes such as crossover rate, fluoroscopy time, procedure time, and contrast medium volume during and up to 24 hours after the procedure. Participation involves standard PCI procedures with additional radiation monitoring. The study is expected to continue until April 2029, with ongoing assessment of radiation safety outcomes.
