Researchers are conducting a 24-week, prospective, open-label, multicenter, single-arm study to observe the safety and effectiveness of Atectura inhalation capsules in patients with asthma. This study is non-interventional and takes place in real-world clinical settings in Korea, following routine practice without additional diagnostic or monitoring procedures beyond standard care. Participants will use one of three available doses of Atectura inhalation capsules (150/80ug, 150/160ug, or 150/320ug) delivered via Breezhaler as prescribed according to approved label information. Patients already prescribed Atectura before joining the study will be enrolled, and no treatment allocation or changes will be made by the study team. During the 24-week period, researchers will monitor for any adverse events, including serious and unexpected ones, to assess safety. Data collection will include participant consent and follow-up as per routine practice, focusing on real-world use and outcomes of Atectura in asthma management.

This clinical trial is focused on patients with schizophrenia, aiming to assess the safety and effectiveness of different olanzapine titration schedules. It is a Phase 2 study designed to explore how varying the dosage adjustment of olanzapine affects treatment outcomes in patients who may benefit from a lower initial or slower titration dose based on their medical condition. Participants receive one of several investigational olanzapine treatments, each taken once daily. The trial is randomized, double-blind, and conducted at multiple centers. The study period includes treatment and monitoring, with scheduled assessments at weeks 1, 2, 3, 5, and 9 from baseline to evaluate changes in schizophrenia symptoms and to track any side effects. Researchers are evaluating whether the drugs retatrutide and tirzepatide can prevent major adverse liver outcomes (MALO) in adults with metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) who are at high risk. This Phase 3 trial enrolls about 4,500 adults with MASLD identified by non-invasive tests indicating an increased likelihood of developing serious liver problems. The study aims to understand how these treatments might affect liver health over time compared to a placebo. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either retatrutide, tirzepatide, or a placebo, all given by subcutaneous injection. The study will last approximately 224 weeks, during which participants may attend 25 to 30 clinic visits for monitoring and assessment. After the main study, eligible participants can join an optional 2-year extension where all will receive either retatrutide or tirzepatide regardless of their original group. Throughout the trial, participants’ liver function and disease progression will be closely monitored through various health assessments. Researchers will track the time to the first major adverse liver event as the main outcome. Safety and health status will be evaluated regularly during clinic visits, ensuring thorough observation over the long study period.

This Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, double-blind study aims to understand if brenipatide can help participants reduce or stop drinking. The study lasts approximately 56 weeks and focuses on changes in drinking patterns using the Timeline Followback Method (TLFB). Participants will receive either brenipatide (LY3537031) or a placebo, both administered by subcutaneous injection. Participants who cannot self-inject will have assistance from a trained support person. They are expected to store and use the blinded study drug as directed, maintain electronic and paper diaries, and complete questionnaires throughout the study. During the study, participants will have scheduled visits to monitor their progress, including assessments of drinking behavior and safety evaluations. Researchers will measure changes in alcohol use patterns up to 56 weeks. Participants must be motivated to reduce or stop drinking and be available for all study visits and procedures. This is a Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study designed to investigate major adverse cardiovascular events over a long period. Participants will receive either orforglipron or a placebo orally. The study is event-driven and will continue until the occurrence of major cardiovascular events or up to about 5 years. The treatments are administered without revealing to participants which group they are in to ensure unbiased results. During the study, participants will be monitored for the time to the first occurrence of a major cardiovascular event. Researchers are evaluating the effectiveness and safety of Afimkibart (RO7790121) as both an induction and maintenance treatment for people with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease in this Phase III, multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled study. The goal is to understand how well Afimkibart works compared to placebo in managing symptoms and disease activity over time. Participants will receive either Afimkibart or a matching placebo. Afimkibart is given both as an intravenous infusion and as a subcutaneous injection. This treat-through study means participants continue on the assigned treatment throughout the study period, allowing evaluation of both initial and ongoing therapy effects. During the study, participants will be regularly assessed to measure clinical remission using the Crohn's Disease Activity Index (CDAI) and to check for endoscopic response at week 52. Researchers are conducting a multi-center, global, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2b trial to evaluate the effectiveness, safety, and tolerability of IMVT-1402 in adults with Graves' disease who remain hyperthyroid despite antithyroid drug treatment. The study focuses on participants aged 18 to 75 years who have this diagnosis and are still experiencing hyperthyroidism. Participants will receive either IMVT-1402 or a placebo for 26 weeks. The study includes two dosing regimens of IMVT-1402: Dose 1 administered for 26 weeks and Dose 2 also administered for 26 weeks. The placebo group will receive treatment for the same duration. The treatments are given as drugs, and the study is designed to keep both participants and researchers unaware of which treatment is assigned. During the study, researchers will monitor participants to see how many achieve normal thyroid function (euthyroid) and remain off antithyroid drugs by Week 26. Participants will be assessed regularly to evaluate safety, tolerability, and treatment effects. This research aims to assess the safety and effectiveness of Capivasertib in patients with breast cancer treated in routine medical practice in South Korea. The study fulfills a post-approval commitment to monitor the drug's known safety profile, identify any new adverse reactions, and evaluate its effectiveness when used according to the approved local label. Patients prescribed Capivasertib under the approved label in South Korea are included in this study. There are no additional interventions or experimental treatments; the study observes patients receiving Capivasertib as part of their usual care. The study focuses on real-world use of the drug in daily medical practice. Participants will be monitored for adverse events, serious adverse events, and adverse drug reactions for about 12 months from the first dose, or until withdrawal, loss to follow-up, disease progression, or death. An additional 30-day follow-up is performed if 12 months are not completed. The study records safety and effectiveness outcomes to better understand Capivasertib's profile in everyday clinical use.
