Pregnant women experience various physical, psychological, and social changes that can lead to anxiety and fears about childbirth. A traumatic birth perception occurs when a woman views childbirth as a threat to herself or her baby, which can negatively impact her postpartum life. This study aims to evaluate the effect of education on reducing traumatic birth perception in pregnant women by providing training designed to support healthy pregnancy and birth experiences. The study involves a 4-week online educational program based on Becks Traumatic Birth Mid-Range Theory, tailored to help pregnant women have a healthy pregnancy and birth process. Pregnant women who score at least 53 points on the Traumatic Birth Perception Scale will be randomly assigned to either an experimental group receiving the training or a control group receiving no intervention. Pre-tests and post-tests using the Traumatic Birth Perception Scale and E-Health Literacy Scale will be conducted to assess the impact of the education. Participants will complete questionnaires about their demographics, obstetric characteristics, traumatic birth perception, and e-health literacy before and after the training. Data will be analyzed to compare changes in traumatic birth perception and e-health literacy between groups over one month. The total study period includes these assessments and the 4-week training, with ongoing monitoring of participant responses and outcomes to determine the educational programs effect.
