Researchers are evaluating the safety and effectiveness of the MISHA Knee System for people aged 25 to 65 with medial knee osteoarthritis. This device is designed to reduce stress on the inner part of the knee joint and is intended to relieve pain and improve function. The study focuses on tracking long-term outcomes and any device- or procedure-related surgical interventions over a five-year period after implantation. The MISHA Knee System is an extra-capsular implant placed between the femur and tibia, secured with locking screws. It includes an absorber and articulating ball-and-sockets to allow natural knee movement while sharing the load on the medial knee compartment. Participants will receive this implant during the study, and their progress will be followed for five years post-implantation. During the study, participants will have regular clinical visits where researchers will assess pain and function using WOMAC scores, satisfaction using KSS scores, range of motion, activity level, body mass index, and radiographic evaluations. The main outcome is to track freedom from device- and procedure-related surgical interventions five years after implantation. Safety and device performance will also be monitored, including cases where the device is removed or converted to a knee replacement.
