Actively Recruiting

Researchers are evaluating how well Botulinum Toxin Type A works to reduce facial wrinkles in adults aged 20 to 65. The study focuses on both static and moderate dynamic wrinkles on the forehead and glabellar area. It aims to find the best dose that provides noticeable cosmetic improvement with minimal side effects, while also making this treatment more affordable and accessible for people from different economic backgrounds. Participants will receive injections of Botulinum Toxin Type A, with doses carefully controlled according to FDA guidelines. Each injection site will receive up to 4 units, and the total dose will be adjusted based on individual needs. The study uses an open-label design, meaning both researchers and participants know the treatment being given. The goal is to collect detailed data on safety, effectiveness, and patient satisfaction over time. During the study, participants will undergo assessments to measure changes in facial wrinkles and overall facial appearance for up to two years. Researchers will evaluate wrinkle severity and monitor any side effects or safety concerns. The study includes regular follow-up visits to track outcomes and ensure participant well-being throughout the observation period.
