This research aims to evaluate changes in pain, strength, and range of motion over time after an ultrasonic tenotomy procedure for repairing a partial tear less than 50% of the supraspinatus tendon in the rotator cuff. The study focuses on this specific shoulder injury and monitors recovery through several measures to better understand the healing process. Participants will receive an ultrasonic tenotomy, a procedure guided by ultrasound where a needlelike device breaks up and removes damaged tendon tissue to stimulate healing. This treatment is applied as part of standard care when clinically indicated for the partial rotator cuff tear. During the study, participants will be assessed at baseline and then at 2, 6, 12, and 24 weeks after the procedure. Researchers will measure changes in pain, shoulder strength, and active range of motion, as well as quality of life. These evaluations help track progress and treatment effects over time.
