Keratoconus is an eye condition that causes changes in the shape of the cornea, often affecting both eyes unevenly and leading to vision problems. This research aims to find out how common keratoconus is among children and teenagers worldwide. Researchers believe that the number of people with keratoconus may be higher than previous studies have shown. Participants will have a one-time eye exam using a special imaging device called the Pentacam HR, which creates detailed 3D images of the front part of the eye. During this visit, participants and their parents or guardians will complete a questionnaire about risk factors for keratoconus. This study involves children and adolescents aged 6 to 23 years who are visiting medical centers for reasons other than eye problems. Participants will attend a single visit where the eye imaging test and questionnaire take about 15 minutes. The researchers will use the images and information collected to determine how often keratoconus occurs in this age group. The study is observational, meaning it collects data without providing treatment, and participants will be involved only during this single visit.
