Understanding Psycho-socioeconomic Linkages Through an Intervention Providing Enhanced Financial and Social Support During Tuberculosis Treatment

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major public health challenge globally, especially in low- and middle-income countries like Vietnam. This study aims to evaluate a psycho-socioeconomic support intervention designed to improve TB treatment outcomes and reduce the financial hardships faced by households affected by TB. The trial uses a randomized controlled design conducted across 12 provinces in Vietnam, focusing on areas with lower TB treatment success rates.
