Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients aged E= 18 years
- Patients suitable for PCI according to hospital standard practice and European clinical guidelines
- Patients with at least one long coronary lesion appropriate for a single stent approach
- Patients who have been informed about the study and provided written consent
- Intention to treat all lesions with the Ultimaster Nagomi�2 stent
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients who decline to participate in the study
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Patients with acute coronary syndrome in cardiogenic shock (Killip class 4)
- Patients with contraindications or hypersensitivity to sirolimus
- Patients with life expectancy less than 2 years
- Patients planning surgery requiring general anesthesia or likely needing to stop dual anti-platelet therapy early
- Patients enrolled in other clinical trials that have not reached their primary objective
