- Patients must meet at least one of the following SLE classification criteria: 1997 ACR Revised, 2012 SLICC, or 2019 EULAR/ACR
- Patients must be 18 years of age or older
- Patients must be able to provide written consent

- Patients younger than 18 years of age
- Patients unable to provide consent
