Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be willing and able to provide informed consent electronically
- Self-report a diagnosis of Huntington Disease or carry the HD gene mutation without clinical diagnosis
- Be able to answer online questions or direct someone to answer for you
- Be able to walk independently and manage some personal care
- Be able to read and understand English
- Be willing to create a unique identifier using personal demographic information
- Reside in the United States or its territories
- Own or have access to an electronic device with secure internet connectivity
