- Patients enrolled in the LOW-PV RCT study who continued to receive Ropeginterferon alfa-2b until March 31, 2023
- Patients who have signed the written informed consent for study participation

History of severe allergic reactions to study medication Currently pregnant or breastfeeding Recent participation in another clinical trial within the last 30 days Presence of uncontrolled medical conditions that could affect safety
