Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with B-lineage ALL with bone marrow blasts over 20% and confirmation by flow immunophenotyping or histopathology
- Younger than 41 years old at enrollment
- Provided written informed consent from patient or legal representative
You will not qualify if you...
- Diagnosed with T-lineage ALL
- Has Down syndrome with ALL
- History of previous cancers or this ALL is a second malignancy
- Diagnosed with mixed phenotype acute leukemia or undifferentiated leukemia
- Has mature B-cell leukemia or lymphoma
- Received previous chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or immunotherapy (except short-term steroids less than 7 days within last month with approval)
- Persistent kidney dysfunction above normal limits before induction therapy (temporary dialysis allowed if no persistent dysfunction)
- Liver dysfunction with direct bilirubin more than 10 times normal for age
- Any serious uncontrolled medical condition or organ failure preventing treatment
- Unable or unlikely to complete study therapy due to financial, social, family, or geographic reasons or investigator judgement
