Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Single pregnancy (carrying one fetus)
- Gestational age between 14 and 20 weeks at enrollment
- No contraindications to exercise during pregnancy as determined by medical evaluation
You will not qualify if you...
- Experiencing adverse pregnancy symptoms such as dizziness, blurred vision, vaginal bleeding, or other high-risk signs
- Having pre-existing orthopedic, cardiovascular, or psychiatric diseases
- Cognitive impairment
- Pregnancy complications including preterm labor or placenta previa
- Inability to attend regular prenatal check-ups
