Age: 55Years - 80Years

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • History of Diabetes Type II for more than one year.
  • Well controlled with HbA1c ≤7.
  • Aged 55 years and above.
  • Body mass index less than 30 kg/m².
  • Medically stable and able to follow the training program and instructions.
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Chest diseases.
  • Diaphragmatic hernia, phrenic nerve injury, recent abdominal or thoracic surgery, or traumatic lesions affecting the diaphragm.
  • History of myocardial infarction or cardiothoracic surgery.
  • Unstable medical status.
  • Cognitive disability that hinders responding to questionnaires.
