Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Type 2 diabetic for more than 5 years.
- Well controlled diabetes with glycated hemoglobinC7%.
- Normal to mild ventilatory functions impairment.
- Aged between 65 and 70 years.
- Body mass index less than 30 Kg/m2.
You will not qualify if you...
- Other types of diabetes.
- Any other chronic chest diseases.
- Cardiovascular disorders including coronary heart disease, heart failure, cardiac arrhythmia, peripheral arterial disease, uncontrolled hypertension.
- Smokers.
- Rheumatoid arthritis.
- Musculoskeletal or neurological limitations to exercise.
