Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Ischemia with no obstructive coronary arteries (INOCA)
- Obstructive coronary artery disease (CAD)
- Patients without evidence of coronary heart disease
You will not qualify if you...
- Left ventricular ejection fraction less than 55% by echocardiography
- History of myocardial infarction or revascularization
- Hypertension with systolic blood pressure over 180 mm Hg or diastolic blood pressure over 110 mm Hg
- Systolic arterial hypotension below 80 mm Hg
- Atrial fibrillation
- Third-degree AV block or sick sinus syndrome
- Massive pulmonary embolism with high pulmonary hypertension
- Significant valvular disease (mitral, aortic, or tricuspid regurgitation grade 3 or higher)
- Severe bronchial asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- Decompensated type 2 diabetes
- Severe liver or kidney failure (glomerular filtration rate below 50 ml/min/1.73 m2)
- Morbid obesity (body mass index over 45)
- History of myocarditis
- Poor drug tolerance
- Oncological diseases
- Chronic alcoholism or mental disorders
- Other severe comorbidities
- Refusal to participate in the study
