You may qualify if you...
- Meet NIH Criteria for Bariatric Surgery
- Between the Age of 18-55
- Dyslipidemia controlled with medication
- Impaired glucose metabolism or type 2 diabetes
You will not qualify if you...
- Uncontrolled Metabolic syndrome (uncontrolled diabetes, htn, dyslipidemia), one or all conditions.
