Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Participation in Predict study
- Preconceptional women who wish to become pregnant or pregnancy less than 13 weeks of gestational age
- Body mass index (BMI) greater than 30 kg/m2 or between 18-25 kg/m2
- Understanding of Dutch in speaking and reading
- Willingness to give written informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Age less than 18 years or greater than 45 years
- Pregnancy of 13 weeks or more gestational age
- Multiple pregnancy
- Smoking
- Gastro-intestinal diseases, heart diseases, liver, pancreas and kidney diseases
- Use of antibiotics less than 2 weeks before sampling
- Pre-existent diabetes mellitus
