Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Pregnant woman at 12-26 weeks gestation at baseline visit
  • Identifies as minority and/or has household income qualifying for WIC benefits in Virginia and/or has education level at high school or less
  • Age 18 or older
  • Current depressive symptoms with Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale score of 7 or higher
  • Able to read, write, and understand English
  • Not advised by healthcare provider to avoid physical activity
  • Has not engaged in consistent yoga practice (once/week or more) during current pregnancy
