Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Pregnant woman at 12-26 weeks gestation at baseline visit
- Identifies as minority and/or has household income qualifying for WIC benefits in Virginia and/or has education level at high school or less
- Age 18 or older
- Current depressive symptoms with Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale score of 7 or higher
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Not advised by healthcare provider to avoid physical activity
- Has not engaged in consistent yoga practice (once/week or more) during current pregnancy
