Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Patients older than 18 years
  • Diagnosis of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma confirmed by cytology and suitable for MITT
  • Signed written informed consent by the patient and investigator before joining
  • Ability to attend follow-up visits
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Tumors larger than 1 cm or other cytological types
  • Refusal of MITT or unsuitability for MITT
  • Unmanageable blood clotting disorders
  • Psychiatric, addictive, or other disorders affecting ability to give informed consent
