Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • 30-50-year old males and females
  • Sedentary, not participating in regular exercise training/physical activity
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Cardiovascular symptoms or diseases
  • Musculoskeletal symptoms or diseases
  • Metabolic diseases
  • Resting blood pressure greater than 160/100 mmHg
  • Body mass index 35 or higher
