Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- 30-50-year old males and females
- Sedentary, not participating in regular exercise training/physical activity
You will not qualify if you...
- Cardiovascular symptoms or diseases
- Musculoskeletal symptoms or diseases
- Metabolic diseases
- Resting blood pressure greater than 160/100 mmHg
- Body mass index 35 or higher
