This registry will study the use of the Aurora® Surgiscope to provide surgical access and visualization in minimally invasive removal of hematoma in the brain. Many methods of hematoma removal are available and will be based on surgeon preference. The impact of patient selection and time to surgery from last known well time will be explored.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age over 18 years
- Acute, spontaneous, primary supratentorial intracerebral hemorrhage larger than 20 mL confirmed by head CT
- Surgery can start within 24 hours of last known well time or symptom awakening
- NIH Stroke Scale score greater than 5
- Baseline Modified Rankin Scale score 2 or less
- CT Angiography shows no vascular malformation
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of underlying vascular lesion causing the hemorrhage
- Severe neurological deficit such as fixed or dilated pupils or bilateral extensor posturing
- Hemorrhage located in the infratentorial or brainstem area
- Known life expectancy less than 6 months
- Uncorrectable bleeding disorder
- Presence of mechanical heart valve
- Pregnancy
- Participation in another interventional clinical trial
- Inability to meet study follow-up requirements
